This very obscure dub is different from and not to be confused with the more well known South Korean English dub that was made to teach English, although it’s purpose is also to be an English teaching tool. It’s dated 2001 (predating the Vitello dub, making it the earliest known English dub of Shin Chan) and was only available through a monthly subscription known as “TV Ani•Pops English 21”, from a company called Gloman Co., Ltd. (글로만).
